FROM CONCEPT TO COMPLETION
Bringing a custom project to life can feel overwhelming. We’ve refined our process to be simple, transparent, and collaborative. Our team will guide you every step of the way, ensuring your project is completed on time, on budget, and exactly as you envisioned.
Step 1:
Consultation & Design
It all starts with a conversation. We’ll meet with you (in our showroom or your home) to discuss your vision, needs, and budget. Our team will then create a detailed 3D design so you can see your new space before we build.
Step 2:
pick your style, wood & Finish
This is the fun part. You’ll work with our designer to select your perfect wood species, door style, stain or paint color, and hardware. We’ll guide you to the best options for your style and lifestyle.
Step 3:
Deposit / Ordering
When you’re ready to place your order a 50% down payment is required. This down payment secures your production and delivery spot with the Amish. Just because you put down a deposit does not mean your plans are set in stone. We allow for changes to be made within 8 weeks of your scheduled delivery.
Step 4:
The Build
Once your design is finalized, our master craftsmen get to work. Every piece of your cabinetry is built by hand in our Central Illinois workshop, ensuring every detail is perfect.
Step 5:
White-Glove Delivery
Your delivery week will be provided once you place your deposit. Our professional, in-house delivery team will deliver your new cabinetry. Please note that a failure to receive cabinets will result in a storage fee
Step 6:
Designer Follow-Up
Your designer will be available to meet at your home to provide installation advice, or address any installation concerns. If a cabinet needs to be repaired or rebuilt, the Amish will provide a quick turnaround so as not to delay your project. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction and your referral.
