Handcrafted cabinetry takes time — here's what to expect from deposit to delivery.
Lead Times
Due to high demand, our current lead time is 14 to 17 weeks from the date your deposit is received. Because every order is built to specification, lead times reflect the care and craftsmanship that goes into each piece — not simply transit time.
Your Delivery Timeline

Step 1
Place your deposit
Your deposit secures your place in production and locks in your delivery week. Lead time begins from the date your deposit is received.

Step 2 · Weeks 1 – 13
Your order is crafted
Your cabinetry is built to order by our Amish craftsmen. Your designer remains your point of contact throughout this period for any questions.

Step 3 · ~2 weeks before delivery
Delivery confirmation
Approximately two weeks before your scheduled delivery week, your designer will reach out with your confirmed delivery date and time window. Please note this is subject to change.

Step 4 · Weeks 14 – 17
White-glove delivery
Our in-house delivery team will bring your cabinetry directly into your space. You won't need to worry about curbside drop-offs or coordinating additional labor.
Good to Know
Your delivery week is locked in
The moment your deposit is placed, your production slot and delivery week are reserved — giving you a reliable window to plan your project around.
Exact times confirmed closer to delivery
Your designer will provide the specific date and time approximately two weeks out. We recommend keeping your schedule flexible around that window.
Dates are subject to change
While we do our best to honor every confirmed delivery date, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally require rescheduling. We will always communicate changes promptly.
In-house delivery team
We use our own delivery team — not a third-party carrier — so your cabinetry is handled with the same care in delivery as it was in production.
